    • Mar. 1, 1998Raised the capacity number of students to 40 for the following departments: Physical Education (evening program), Safety Management (evening program), Dance (evening program), Taekwondo (evening program), and established Department of Youth Guidance and Sport Education (evening program) with total capacity of 40 students; increase the capacity of Department of Adapted Physical Education (evening program) to 30 students, under Ministry of Education (MOE) University 81413-1284 (Nov. 5, ‘97)
      Raise the admission capacity of Graduate School of Sport and Leisure Studies (4 departments combined) to 80, under MOE University 81413-1194 (Oct. 25, ‘97)
    • Mar. 1, 1999Raised the capacity of Department of Physical Education (day program) to 200, closed Department of Physical Education (evening program), and increased the capacity of day and evening programs of Department of Community Sport to 60
